Abstract: A mass rearing method of Cotesia glomerata L is provided to enable indoor mass breeding of Cotesia glomerata L and to use the Cotesia glomerata L in the extermination of plutella xylostella. A mass rearing method of Cotesia glomerata L includes: a first step of raising imagos of Cotesia glomerata L in a breeding drum having a temperature of 21-25deg.C by supplying sugar content in a liquid phase to cocoon of Cotesia glomerata L; a second step of injecting larvae of Cotesia glomerata L into the breeding drum together with leaves of Chinese cabbage to be exposed to the imagos of Cotesia glomerata L and collecting the cocoons of Cotesia glomerata L that escape from the body of larvae of Cotesia glomerata L after a predetermined period of time; and a third step of supplying sugar content in a liquid phase to store the collected ocoon of Cotesia glomerata L for a long time.

Abstract translation: 提供了Cotesia glomerata L的大规模饲养方法，以使得Cotesia glomerata L的室内大规模繁殖和使用Cotesia glomerata L灭绝小菜蛾。 Cotesia glomerata L的大规模饲养方法包括：通过将液相中的糖含量提供给Cotesia glomerata L的茧，提高温度为21-25℃的培养桶中Cotesia glomerata L的想象的第一步骤; 将Cotesia glomerata L的幼虫与大白菜的叶子一起注射到培养桶中以暴露于Cotesia glomerata L的想象物并收集从Cotesia glomerata L的幼虫体内逃逸的Cotesia glomerata L的茧的第二步。 一段预定的时间; 以及第三步骤，在液相中提供糖分，以长时间存储收集的Cotesia glomerata L的浣熊。
