Abstract:
본 발명은 돼지의 불포화 지방산 함량을 확인하는 정보 제공 방법, 돼지의 고육질을 확인하는 정보 제공 방법, 돼지의 불포화 지방산 함량 또는 고육질 확인용 키트 또는 단일염기다형성(SNP) 마커에 관한 것으로서, 이에 의해 돼지고기의 근내지방도, 마블링, 올레익산, 또는 리놀레익산을 간편한 방법으로 판단할 수 있으며 이를 토대로 돼지고기 품질이 우수한 한국재래돼지 및 개량종돈을 조기에 선발하여 개량하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for providing information for determining porcine unsaturated fatty acid content is provided to simply determine marbling score, oleic acid or linoleic acid content of pork and to early select and improve pigs of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing information for determining porcine unsaturated fatty acid content comprises: a step of isolating DNA from a pig; and a step of amplifying DNA using a prime pair for amplifying an amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-27 and 29-42 having an SNP selected among A↔C, A↔G, T↔C and T↔G in 61th base. The unsaturated fatty acid is oleic acid or linoleic acid. A method for providing information for determining pork of high quality comprises a step of isolating DNA from a pig and a step of amplifying DNA using the prime pair.

A polynucleotide or its complementary polynucleotide, and a method for discriminating the Korean beef and the imported beef by using the polynucleotide are provided to allow the Korean beef and the imported beef to be discriminated easily with a high precision. A polynucleotide useful for the discrimination of the Korean beef and the imported beef comprises continuous 8-100 nucleotides which contains the 251th nucleotide of the first sequence, the second sequence, the fourth sequence, the sixth sequence, and the eighth sequence to the 13th sequence, the 256th nucleotide of the third sequence, the 287th nucleotide of the fifth sequence, or the 328th nucleotide of the seventh sequence.
