Abstract: The present invention is a chloroplast transit peptide and a method for carrying a target protein to a chloroplast using the same. The chloroplast transit peptide can precisely adjust a transit place more than an existing chloroplast transit peptide because the chloroplast transit peptide according to the present invention can move the target protein to a specific inner place of the chloroplast.
