Abstract: A fruit color standard table for a judgement of apple maturity is manufactured by the following method. (1) The color of fruit is classified according to the extent of the color tone of a ground color and the coloration of apples which have the coloration from yellow to red and apples which have the ground color from green to yellow are enumerated. (2) The color tone about the coloration and the ground color of the classified apples is selected, a color is toned according to the selected color tone, and the color tone paper about the coloration and the ground color of apples is manufactured by using the toned colors. (3) The fruit color standards table for a judgement of apple maturity is manufactured by attaching the color tone paper about the coloration and the ground color to the plate with a central groove.

Abstract: 본 발명은 사과 숙기판정용 과색기준표 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 사과의 착색 및 바탕색으로 부터 사과의 수확적기를 판별하므로써 균등한 품질의 과실을 수확할 수 있는 사과 숙기판정용 과색기준표 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사과 숙기판정용 과석기준표는 사과를 나열하여 사과의 착색 및 바탕색의 색상정도에 따라 과색을 등급화하는 과정; 등급화된 사과의 착색 및 바탕색에 대한 색상을 선정하여 선정된 색상에 따라 색을 배합하는 과정; 전기 배합된 색을 사용하여 사과의 착색 및 바탕색에 대한 색상지를 제조하는 과정; 및, 전기 착식 및 바탕색에 대한 색상지를 중앙홈이 형성된 판에 부착하는 과정에 의해 제조되며, 본 발명의 사과 숙기판정용 과색기준표에 의해 사과의 숙기를 간편하고도 정확히 판정할 수 있으므로, 사과의 수확적기를 판별할 수 있는 동시에 균일한 숙도를 지닌 사과를 수확할 수 있으며, 수상의 사과 또는 기수확된 사과에 본 발명의 과색기준표는 적용하므로써 장기저장용, 단기저장용 및 직판용등 사과를 숙도에 따라 수확할 수 있고, 저장방법 및 용도에 적절히 대처할 수 있다는 것이 확인되었다.
