Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing strawberry tissue-cultured plants regardless of season and climate is provided to save production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing strawberry tissue-cultured plant regardless of season and climate comprises: a step of putting a strawberry young plant in a bioreactor containing carbon source and nitrogen source and culturing to form strawberry tissue-cultured plants; and a step of transplanting the tissue-cultured plants on soil and growing a base part of the plant. The carbon source is sucrose. The nitrogen is ammonium nitrogen(NH_4-N) and nitrate nitrogen(NO_3-N). The soil has a physical property with 45% solid phase, 5% liquid phase, and 50% vapor phase.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供草莓组织培养植物无论季节和气候如何的方法，以节省生产成本。 构成：无论季节和气候，草莓组织培养植物的生产方法包括：将草莓幼苗置于含有碳源和氮源的生物反应器中，培养以形成草莓组织培养的植物; 以及将组织培养的植物移植到土壤上并种植植物的基部的步骤。 碳源是蔗糖。 氮是铵态氮（NH_4-N）和硝态氮（NO_3-N）。 土壤具有45％固相，5％液相和50％气相的物理性质。

Abstract: 본 발명은 딸기 조직배양묘의 대량증식 시 무병성 유지를 위해서 공기주입형 생물반응기를 이용하여 딸기의 조직배양 시 호르몬 처리를 하지 않고 안전하게 저비용의 무병묘를 대량으로 배양하기 위한 방법 제공한다. 본 발명의 대량생산 방법은 딸기 조직배양묘 생산 시 기존의 고체배양보다 높은 증식율을 나타냄으로서, 투입 생산비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
