    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing strawberry tissue-cultured plants regardless of season and climate is provided to save production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing strawberry tissue-cultured plant regardless of season and climate comprises: a step of putting a strawberry young plant in a bioreactor containing carbon source and nitrogen source and culturing to form strawberry tissue-cultured plants; and a step of transplanting the tissue-cultured plants on soil and growing a base part of the plant. The carbon source is sucrose. The nitrogen is ammonium nitrogen(NH_4-N) and nitrate nitrogen(NO_3-N). The soil has a physical property with 45% solid phase, 5% liquid phase, and 50% vapor phase.
