Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for breeding artificially domestic Bombus ignitus Smith indoors as a pollen carrier insect by offering the most suitable environment is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for breeding artificially domestic Bombus ignitus Smith indoors is composed of the following steps of: (i) a first step to transfer domestic Bombus ignitus Smith collected outdoors in a portable box having many ventilating holes to an indoor breeding room in condition of temperature 30±1deg.C, relative humidity 60±5% and darkness; (ii) a second step to breed in a box(30) for settlement and inducing oviposition while supplying honey and pollen prepared by freezing fresh pollen at -60deg.C for 20days, and mixing 60% acacia honey; (iii) a third step to transfer into a box for swarming when worker bees appear; and (iv) a fourth step to transfer new queen bee and male bee which appear after two month into a net box for copulation.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过提供最合适的环境将人造家庭熊蜂点燃室内养殖作为花粉载体昆虫的方法。 构成：室内人工养殖熊蜂火鸡的繁殖方法由以下几个步骤组成：（i）将室内收集的国内熊果火鸡史密斯带入室内繁殖室的第一步， 温度30±1℃，相对湿度60±5％，黑暗; （ii）第二步，在箱子（30）中繁殖，用于定居和诱导产卵，同时供应通过将新鲜花粉冷冻至-60℃时制备的蜂蜜和花粉20天，并混合60％的相思蜂蜜; （iii）第三步，当工蜂出现时，转入盒子进行群聚; 和（iv）第二步，将新皇后蜜蜂和两只月后出现的雄蜂转入网箱进行交配。

Abstract: 본발명은국내산호박벌()의실내인공사육방법에관한것으로서, 야외에서채집한국내산호박벌을이동용상자(20)에넣어실내사육실로옮긴다음꿀물과화분단자(10)를제공하면서사육하되, 처음에는실내정착·산란유도용상자(30)에서사육하다가첫배의일벌이출현하면봉군증식용상자(40)로옮겨사육하며, 2달정도경과하여새여왕벌과숫벌이출현하면새여왕벌과수펄을교미용망상자(50)에넣고교미시켜증식시키는방법이며, 벌의정착율, 봉군형성율, 차세대여왕벌형성율등이매우높게나타나실내에서대량사육이가능하며, 본발명에의해실내인공사육된호박벌은시설재배지작물등의화분매개용으로바로활용될수 있다.
