Abstract: 본 발명은 사료먹이통의 중앙에 사료공급구를 위치시키고 상광하협의 원추형형태로 형성되어 사료를 공급하는 사료공급통과; 상기 사료공급통의 병목현상을 검출하는 센서부와; 상기 사료공급통의 내부에 설치되어 사료공급통에 충진된 사료를 휘저울 수 있는 스크류와; 상기 사료공급통의 상부측에 설치되고 회전축에 연결된 스크류를 구동시키는 스크류 구동모터와; 상기 구동모터의 상부측에 설치되고 센서부에 의해 사료의 공급이상상태 예컨대, 병목현상이 검출될 경우 스크류 구동모터에 전원을 공급시키는 전원공급부를 포함하여 구성되는 병목현상 자동방지기능이 구비된 자돈사료급여기를 제공한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 사료먹이통의 내부에 일정형상의 스큐류를 장착한 다음 그 하단부에 병목현상을 검출하는 센서를 장착하고 급여개시후 센서에 의해 병목현상이 검출될 경우 스크류를 구동하여 병목현상을 제거하므로써, 미세한 입자로 구성된 돼지사료의 급여시 빈번하게 발생되는 병목현상을 신속히 제거하므로 그에 따라 사료급여의 원활성을 극대화시킨다.

Abstract: A pig feeding device with a function of preventing a bottle-neck phenomenon automatically is provided to remove promptly a bottle neck phenomenon of feed for smooth supply of feed. A pig feeding device with a function of preventing a bottle-neck phenomenon automatically includes a feed supply case(3), a sensor(4), a screw(5), a screw driving motor(6) and a power supply portion(7). The feed supply case has a conical shape. The sensor detects the bottle-neck phenomenon of the feed supply case. The screw driving motor is installed on the upper side of the feed supply case, and drives the screw. The power supply portion is installed on the upper part of the driving motor, and supplies power to the screw driving motor when a bottle neck phenomenon is detected.
