본 발명은 스트렙토마이세스 보트로펜시스 MJM3389( Streptomyces
bottropensis MJM3389) 균주로부터 생산되는 두나이마이신 D3S(Dunaimycin D3S)를 포함하는 벼흰잎마름병 방제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 벼흰잎마름병 방제용 조성물은 세계 3대 식물 중 하나인 벼의 가장 큰 피해를 야기하는 벼흰잎마름병을 억제하여 벼 재배 지역의 피해를 최소화할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for preventing bacterial leaf blight in Oryza sativa is provided to suppress bacterial leaf blight and to minimize damage of rice growing regions. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing bacterial leaf blight in Oryza sativa contains staurosporine of chemical formula I. Staurosporine is derived from Streptomyces rubrolavendulae MJM4426. The bacterial leaf blight is a plant disease caused by Xanthomonas genus. A method for preparing staurosporine comprises the steps of: culturing Streptomyces rubrolavendulae MJM4426; extracting the culture with an organic solvent; performing chromatography of the extract to obtain an active fraction; and purifying the active fraction.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition against Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryz containing bottromycin A2 is provided to effectively suppress growth of Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryz. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition against Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryz contains 0.001-90 weight parts of bottromycin A2 as an active ingredient. The bottromycin A2 is derived from Streptomyces sp. A method for extracting bottromycin A2 from soil Actinomyces comprises: a step of extracting culture liquid of the soil Actinomyces with organic solvent and a step of performing chromatography. The organic solvent includes acetone, ethyl acetate, ether, chloroform, pentane, hexane, heptanes, nonane, decane, benzene, toluene, xylene, methanol, ethanol, butanol, or spirit.

The rice bacterial blight is a plant disease caused by Xanthomonas genus bacteria.
