Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a stress resistant cell line through Arhgap 15 gene knock-down is provided to establish fibroblast a cell line which is strong from external stress(ethanol, serum starvation). CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a stress resistant cell line in an animal comprises by Arhagap 15 gene knock-down. The animal is a cow, Bos taurus coreanae. The cell line is derived from fibroblast. The knock-down is performed by deletion mutation of Arhgap 15 gene. The stress is an ethanol stress.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过Arhgap 15基因敲除法制备抗应激细胞系的方法，建立成纤维细胞从外部应激（乙醇，血清饥饿）强烈的细胞系。 构成：在动物中制备抗应激细胞系的方法包括Arhagap 15基因敲低。 这只动物是一头母牛，金牛座是金牛座。 细胞系来源于成纤维细胞。 敲除通过Arhgap 15基因的缺失突变进行。 压力是乙醇压力。

Abstract: 본 발명은 Arhgap 15 유전자의 넉-다운을 통한 스트레스 내성 세포주 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 외부스트레스 (에탄올, serum starvation 등)에 강한 한우 fibroblast 세포 주를 확립하여 복제 한우 생산 시 배양기간 증진을 통한 세포융합기술 및 넉-다운 줄기세포주 확립에 활용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
