Abstract: The present invention relates to a primer set to detect self-incompatible genotypes in a cabbage and to a detection method thereof and, more specifically, to a method to detect self-incompatible genotypes in a cabbage which can prevent failure of pollination and fertilization caused by crossbreeding between cabbage lines having identical genotype self-incompatible gene by detecting SLG and SRK genotypes which are self-incompatible genotypes in the cabbage.
