Abstract: 계란의 난백 높이를 자동으로 측정할 수 있는 계란의 난백 높이 측정장치 및 측정방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 계란의 난백 높이 측정장치 및 측정방법은 계란을 할란하기 위한 할란 접시와, 기준프로브와 적어도 하나 이상의 측정프로브로 이루어지는 검침자와, 검침자를 동작시키기 위한 구동부를 구비하여, 할란한 계란의 난백에 검침자를 하강 접촉시키면서 기준프로브와 측정프로브간의 전기전도에 의해 발생된 신호를 출력하여 난백 높이를 측정하기 때문에 객관적이며 신속 정확하게 난백 높이를 측정할 수 있으며, 나아가 계란의 등급 판정 시 신뢰성을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring height of the white of an egg and a method of measurement using the same are provided, which can improve reliability in rating eggs. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring height of the white of an egg comprises an egg breaking dish(10) for breaking an egg; an inspector(20) which is comprised of a reference probe(22) and more than one measurement probe(24); and a driving part(30) for activating the inspector. The height of the white of an egg is measured by outputting a signal generated by the electric conduction between the measurement probe and the reference probe while bringing the inspector into contact with the egg. The egg breaking dish is equipped with a seating groove(12) for accepting yolk.
