Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing a vector with NS3 gene derived from rice stripe virus for enhancing the expression of a foreign gene and a method for enhancing the expression in a plant is provided to enhance expression level of proteins and stability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing the expression of a foreign gene has a vector containing a gene with a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 1. The gene of sequence number 1 is NS3 gene derived from rice stripe virus. A method for enhancing the expression of the foreign gene in a plant comprises a step of transducing the gene with a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 1 with the foreign gene in the plant. The foreign gene is a target gene to be transduced in the plant.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有源自水稻条纹病毒的NS3基因的载体，用于增强外源基因表达的组合物和增强植物表达的方法，以提高蛋白质的表达水平和稳定性。 构成：用于增强外源基因表达的组合物具有含有具有序列号1的核酸序列的基因的载体。序列号1的基因是来源于水稻条纹病毒的NS3基因。 用于增强外来基因在植物中的表达的方法包括用植物中外源基因的序列号为1的核酸序列转导基因的步骤。 外源基因是在植物中转导的靶基因。

Abstract: 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 핵산서열로 이루어진 유전자를 보유하는 벡터를 포함하는 외래 유전자 발현 증대용 조성물 및 서열번호 1의 핵산서열로 이루어지는 유전자를 식물체내에서 발현시키고자 하는 외래 유전자와 함께 식물체내에 도입시킴으로써 식물체내에서의 외래 유전자의 발현을 증대시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라 서열번호1로 기재되는 핵산서열로 이루어진 유전자를 식물체 내에서 발현시키면 그 식물체에 동시에 도입된 다른 유용한 유전자의 발현을 증대시켜 유용유전자의 발현에 의한 단백질의 발현량, 발현기간 및 안정성이 증대된다.
