Abstract: 본 발명은 벼에서 분리된 유전자를 이용하여 식물의 생장 또는 형태를 조절하는 방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 벼(
Oryza sativa ) 돌연변이체에서 선발되고 정상 벼에서 분리된 OsTCP6 단백질을 식물 내에 과발현시킴으로써 세포 분열의 중심 조절의 역할을 하는 유전자를 증가시키고 식물의 생장 및/또는 형태를 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 OsTCP6 유전자의 형질전환체를 식물에 발현시킴으로써 세포분열의 중심조절자 역할을 하는 유전자 발현을 증가시키고 식물의 생장을 조절하는 것이 가능하므로, 본 발명에 의하여 식물의 크기를 변형시키거나 식물의 잎의 형태를 조절함으로써 작물의 생산성을 증대시키는 것이 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling growth or shape of a plant using a gene isolated from Oriza sativa is provided to express a transformant of OsTCP6 gene in the plant and to enhance crop productivity. CONSTITUTION: A protein which regulates growth or shape of a plant has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the protein has a base sequence of sequence number 1. The growth or shape is regulated by controlling intracellular protein level. The intracellular protein level is controlled by introducing the gene into plant cells or transforming the plant with the gene. The gene is PCNA, cyclinD3, cyclinB1, cdc2b or expansin. A composition for controlling growth or shape of the plant contains the protein or transformant.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用从东方gene分离的基因来控制植物生长或形状的方法，以表达植物中OsTCP6基因的转化体并提高作物生产力。 构成：调节植物生长或形状的蛋白质具有序列号2的氨基酸序列。编码蛋白质的基因具有序列号1的碱基序列。通过控制细胞内蛋白质水平调节生长或形状。 通过将基因导入植物细胞或用该基因转化植物来控制细胞内蛋白质水平。 该基因是PCNA，cyclinD3，cyclinB1，cdc2b或扩展蛋白。 用于控制植物生长或形状的组合物含有蛋白质或转化体。
