Abstract:
A recombinant protein derived from small brown planthopper is provided to be specifically coupled to thread-shaped rice stripe virus, thereby forecasting precise RSV outbreak, developing a transgenic plant having RSV resistance and being applied as various tools for detecting the RSV. A recombinant protein described in SEQ ID : NO. 2 is obtained by expressing a recombinant protein in a gene clone(deposition no. KACC-95060P) described in SEQ ID : NO. 1, which is constructed by inserting a GroEL gene isolated from small brown planthopper into an expression vector, and then purifying the protein using His-taq Ni-NTA agarose column and is characterized in that it is specifically coupled to thread-shaped RSV. A method for detecting an RSV gene comprises the steps of: (a) coating a reaction container which is PolySorp treated with the GroEL recombinant protein derived from the small brown planthopper or an antibody thereof with a coating solution; (b) treating the reaction solution with a detecting sample through coupling reaction with the with the RSV to immuno-capturing RSV particles; and (c) after isolating genes from the immuno-captured RSV particles, subjecting the isolated genes to RT-PCR to detect genes of the RSV.

PURPOSE: A microorganism Verticillium lecanii CS626 and a method for the control of harmful insects using the same microorganism are provided, thereby effectively preventing the growth of the harmful insects living in agricultural equipments. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Verticillium lecanii CS626(KFCC-11277) has an improved insecticidal effect on the harmful insects living in agricultural equipments, wherein it is isolated by collecting a mycelium from the surface of an insect infected by Verticillium lecanni; inoculating the mycelium on a potato agar medium containing tetracycline; culturing it at 22 to 28 deg. C; isolating spores and mycelia from the cultured medium; suspending the isolated spores in 0.01% tween 80 solution; spraying the suspension on a leaf containing insects; and selecting a microorganism showing excellent insecticidal activity.

PURPOSE: A microbial agent containing Bacillus subtilis R2-1 or a culture medium thereof for preventing powdery mildew, and a prevention method using the same are provided to effectively prevent powdery mildew with an eco-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A microbial agent for preventing powdery mildew contains Bacillus subtilis R2-1(deposit number: KACC 91542P) or a culture medium thereof. The culture medium contains rice or barley. The culture medium also contains: a liquid fertilizer of fish amino acid, humic acid, and molasses in a ratio of 1:8-12:8-12, or a liquid fertilizer of fish amino acid, glucose, and molasses in a ratio of 1:3-7:8-12; 1-3 wt% of molasses, 0.1-3 wt% of glucose, and 0.01-0.5 wt% of soytone; and an organic fertilizer which contains 4-6 wt% of nitrogen, 1-3 wt% of phosphoric acid, 0.3-2 wt% of potassium(40-50 wt% of caster bean waste, 30-50 wt% of rape seed waste, 8-12 wt% of rice bran, and 3-7 wt% of palm waste). The microbial agent prevents Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora capsici, Fusarium oxysporum, or Colletotrichum acutatum. 본 발명은 국내 토착 균주 버티실리움 레카니 CS625( Verticillium lecanii CS625) 및 이를 이용한 진딧물 방제 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는, 진딧물에 대하여 살충력이 우수하고 시설 재배지 환경조건에서도 잘 적응된 국내 토착 균주 버티실리움 레카니 CS625 균주, 상기 균주 및 균주의 포자 현탁액을 함유하는 진딧물 방제용 조성물 및 상기 조성물을 농작물에 살포하여 진딧물, 특히 목화진딧물 및 복숭아혹진딧물을 생물학적으로 방제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 균주는 복숭아혹진딧물로부터 분리한 국내 토착 균주로, 시설 재배지의 환경조건에서도 생장률이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 상기 균주 및 균주로부터 생성된 포자현탁액을 시설 재배재의 농작물에 처리 시 목화진딧물을 효과적으로 방제할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

The microorganism has improved growth rate in protected cultivation and effectively controls aphids in crops being grown by the protected cultivation. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism Verticillium lecanii CS625(KACC 93002) is provided. A composition for the control of aphids comprises the spore suspension produced from Verticillium lecanii CS625(KACC 93002) as an effective component, wherein the spore suspension comprises conidium or blastopore produced from Verticillium lecanii CS625(KACC 93002); and the spore suspension contains 10(6) to 10(10) cfu/ml of spores. A method for the control of aphids comprises spraying the aphid controlling composition to crops.
