Abstract: 본 발명은 벼의 가공공정중 정미공정이 끝난후 백미에 부착된 미세쌀겨 제거 및 연마를 위한 건식 연미장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 이를 위해 상기 몸체의 내부 적소에 구비되며, 상단의 고정봉과 하단의 스크류 그리고 일정 간격으로 관통되게 다수개 형성되는 통기공으로 구성된 로터(40); 상기 로터의 상단 고정봉에 끼워지며, 적소에는 상기 통기공과 일치되게 통기공이 형성되고, 외주면 적소에 브러쉬가 식모된 식모판이 구성된 브러쉬홀더(50); 상기 로터의 외주연에 위치하며, 슬롯으로 형성되는 하단의 1차스크린과 상단의 2차스크린 그리고 이 1,2차스크린의 사이에 연마판이 구성된 금망(60); 상기 몸체의 적소에 위치하며, 커버 역활을 하는 연미부덮개(70)로 이루어지는 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 물을 사용하지 않고도 연미작업이 가능하여 기존의 습식 연미기가 물을 사용함으로써 문제가 되었던 과다 가수 및 불균일 가수에 따른 쌀 품질의 저하 우려, 겨울철 가수장치의 동파우려 및 금망 외벽부 미강 고착 등의 문제를 해소할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 쌀겨 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 정미 또는 연미공정이 끝난 후 정전기 특성을 이용하여 가공과정에서 쌀에 부착되어져 있는 미세쌀겨 및 이물질이 효과적으로 분리되어질 수 있도록 하여 한층 청결한 쌀의 생산이 가능하도록 하기위한 것이다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 장치의 일단에서 투입구(1)를 통해 투입되어진 후 이송 컨베어 벨트(5)를 통해 소정 경로를 이송되어지는 쌀로 부터 쌀겨를 분리시킨 후 장치의 타단에 설치된 배출구(8)를 통해 쌀이 배출되어지는 쌀겨 제거장치에 있어서: 상기 컨베어 벨트(5)에 의해 이송되어지는 쌀의 이송경로상에는, 이송되어지는 쌀을 균일하게 펴주기 위한 분배판(2); 상기 분배판(2)을 통과하면서 균일하게 배열되어진 쌀에 대향하여 코로나방전을 일으키는 제전기(3); 상기 제전기(3)에 의해 정전기가 제거되어진 쌀로 부터 미세쌀겨를 흡인하는 집진수단;을 포함하여 구성되어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rice bran removing apparatus is provided to effectively separate bran and foreign materials from rice. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus separates bran from rice fed through a predetermined path by a conveyer belt(5) after being inputted through an input port(1) at one end of the apparatus and discharges rice via a discharge slot(8) mounted at the end of the apparatus. A distribution plate(2) is disposed on a feed path of rice fed by the conveyer belt(5) for spreading the fed rice evenly. An antistatic machine(3) causes corona discharge against the rice arranged evenly while passing through the distribution plate(2).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dry-type rice polisher is provided which enables rice polishing work without using any water, and settles anxiety about quality deterioration of rice according to problems of excessive water addition and nonuniform water addition caused by using water in an existing wet type rice polisher. CONSTITUTION: In a rice polisher(1) for removing fine rice bran adhered to milled rice and polishing the milled rice by transferring a raw material fed into a raw material hopper(11) at one side of a body(10) of the machine to one side using a screw(18), and transferring the raw material transferred to one side by the screw to the upper part by driving of the screw, the dry-type rice polisher is equipped with a polishing part for removing the fine rice bran and polishing the rice at a proper position inside the body, the polishing part comprises a rotor which is equipped at a proper position inside the body, at the upper part of which a fixed rod is installed, at the lower part of which a screw is installed, and into which a plurality of vent holes are penetrated with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; a brush holder which is inserted into the upper part of the fixed rod of the rotor, on proper positions of which vent holes are formed so that they are conformable with the vent holes of the rotor, and on the proper position of the outer circumferential surface of which a brush implanted plate is installed; iron nets which are placed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor, at the lower part of which a first screen(61) formed in a slot shape is installed, at the upper part of which a second screen(62) formed in a slot shape is installed, wherein a polishing plate is installed between the first and second screens; and a polishing part cover(70) which is installed at a proper position of the body and plays a role as a cover.
