Abstract: PURPOSE: A marker for early diagnosing hip joint dysplasia in a dog is provided to specially care a dog with risk of hip joint dysplasia and to predict genetic information. CONSTITUTION: An SNP for early diagnosing hip joint dysplasia in a dog contains one or more polynucleotides selected from polynucleotides containing 10 or more bases containing each SNP base or complementary polynucleotide thereof. A microarray for early diagnosing dysplasia contains the SNP polynucleotide, polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide, or cDNA thereof.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于早期诊断狗髋关节发育不良的标记，以特别关心具有髋关节发育不良风险的狗并预测遗传信息。 构成：用于早期诊断狗髋关节发育不良的SNP含有一种或多种选自含有10个或更多个含有每个SNP碱基或互补多核苷酸的碱基的多核苷酸的多核苷酸。 用于早期诊断发育异常的微阵列包含SNP多核苷酸，由多核苷酸编码的多肽或其cDNA。
