Abstract: PURPOSE: A cancer metastasis inhibitor containing melitin ingredients is provided to suppress MMP-9 activation and to effectively suppress metastasis. CONSTITUTION: A cancer metastasis inhibitor contains 0.5-3 ug of melittin ingredients isolated from 1ml of bee venom. The inhibitor additionally contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The cancer includes renal cancer cells(Caki-1 cells), cervical cancer cells(Casiki cells) or breast cancer cells(SK-BR-3 cells). The melittin ingredients suppress MMP-9 activation. The daily dose of the inhibitor is 0.001-100 mg/kg(body weight). The inhibitor is manufactured in the form of a solution in oil or aqueous medium, suspension, powder, granule, tablet, or capsule.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有melitin成分的癌转移抑制因子，以抑制MMP-9的活化并有效抑制转移。 构成：癌症转移抑制剂含有从1ml蜂毒中分离的0.5-3ug蜂毒素成分。 抑制剂另外含有药学上可接受的载体。 癌症包括肾癌细胞（Caki-1细胞），宫颈癌细胞（Casiki细胞）或乳腺癌细胞（SK-BR-3细胞）。 蜂毒素成分抑制MMP-9的活化。 抑制剂的日剂量为0.001-100mg / kg（体重）。 抑制剂以油或水性介质，悬浮液，粉末，颗粒，片剂或胶囊中的溶液的形式制备。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing bee venom is provided to inhibit and treat metastasis and penetration of breast cancer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inhibiting breast cancer metastasis contains 0.5-3 ug/ml of bee venom as an active ingredient. The bee venom is isolated from Apis mellifera ligustica. The composition additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The carrier includes lactose, dextrose, sucrose, sorbitol, mannitol, starch, acacia rubber, calcium phosphate, alginate, gelatin, calcium silicate, fine crystalline cellulose, polyvinyl pyrolidone, cellulose, water, syrup, methyl cellulose, methyl hydroxyl benzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, talcum, magnesium stearate, or mineral oil.
