Abstract: 본 발명은 임신모돈의 산자수 증진용 사료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 이탈리안 라이그라스(Italian ryegrass, IRG)를 포함하는 임신모돈의 산자수 증진용 사료 조성물을 임신모돈에게 임신기간 동안 급여할 경우 기존의 사료와 비교하여 사료 섭취량에 있어서는 큰 차이가 없으면서도 산자수 증진 효과가 수득되는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 이러한 사료 조성물을 임신모돈에게 급여시킬 경우 산자수 증대에 따른 농가의 경제적 이익을 창출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지속가능한 축산업을 실현시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 상기 사료 조성물을 임신모돈에게 임신기간 동안 급여시킴으로써 산자수를 증진시키는 방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a feedstuff composition for the pregnant sow to increase the number of pigs to be born. According to the present invention, when a feedstuff composition for the pregnant sow to increase the number of pigs to be born that contains Italian ryegrass (IRG) is fed to the pregnant sow, the number of pigs to born is increased while the pregnant sow eats the feedstuff containing the feedstuff composition in the amount, which is similar to the amount of the existing feedstuff the pregnant sow eats.
