    Abstract: The new Bradyrhizobium sp. HCR-3 (KFCC 10770) (I) and HCR-46 (KFCC 10771) (II) for leguminous corp (III) are screened as the mutants to the seed disinfectant (IV). (I) is resistant to 300 microgram per milliliter of streptomycin and 250 microgram per milliliter of nalidisic acid as (IV), and (II) is to 250 microgram per milliliter of streptomycin, 150 microgram per milliliter of cephalexin, 200 microgram per milliliter of pimapsin and 250 microgram per milliliter of actidion. The preparation method for (III) consists of (1) culturing (I) and/or (II) for 10 days, (2) mixing the culture broth with arabic gum or carboxy methyl cellulose solution, and (3) seeding the prepared (III) with peanuts or red beans. After harvesting, (III) makes 17-34% yield increase.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for eliminating salinity from reclaimed land based on bottom ash is provided to accelerate the decontamination of soil by forming a bottom ash layer of a pre-determined thickness at the lower part of a cultivating layer of reclaimed land. CONSTITUTION: A method for eliminating salinity from reclaimed land based on bottom ash includes the following: a bottom ash layer is formed at the lower part of reclaimed land; and a drainage way and an embankment are formed at the lateral side of the reclaimed land. The thickness of the bottom ash layer is in a range between 20 and 100cm. The height of the embankment from the ground is in a range between 10 and 200cm. A draining hole is installed from the bottom as layer to the drainage way. The bottom ash layer includes SiO_2, Al_2O_3, and Fe_2O_3.
