Abstract: 본 발명은 뒤영벌의 정자 수집 방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 성숙한 수벌의 생식기를 분리 후, 정소관 및 정소낭을 분리하고, 덮개를 이용해 누름으로서 정소낭으로부터 정자를 뽑아내는 과정을 포함하는 뒤영벌 정자 수집 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 정자 수집 시, 우량 형질의 뒤영벌 육종을 위하여 실시하는 뒤영벌 인공 수정에 필수적인 뒤영벌의 정자 활성을 높게 유지시킴과 동시에 수집 시간을 단축하고, 정자의 오염을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 방법에 의해 수집된 뒤영벌의 정자 및 이를 이용한 뒤영벌의 인공 수정 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A method for collecting a sperm of male bumblebee is provided to shorten a collecting time of the sperm, to maintain an active state of the sperm, and to reduce a pollution degree of the sperm by separating the genital organs from the male bee in the state it is alive, and then by collecting the sperm from them. A method for collecting a sperm of a male bumblebee includes the steps of: separating(100) the genital organs from an abdominal region of the male bee; separating(200) a sperm duct with an attached testicular cyst from the separated genital organs; separating(300) the testicular cyst from the sperm duct; extracting(400) the sperm from the testicular cyst in the state that the latter is put in a vessel containing a solution; and collecting(500) the sperm by absorbing it by means of a syringe storing a damping solution.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for collecting the sperm of bumblebees is provided to improve sperm collecting rate and to rapidly collect sperm. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting the sperm of bumblebees is as follows. The genital organ placed within the abdomen of a male bee is separated. The seminiferous tubule and anterior crop are separated from the genital organ. The separated anterior crop is put on a container containing a solution and is covered with a cover. Sperm is extracted from the anterior crop by pressing the cover.

Abstract: An artificial insemination method of a bumble bee queen and a device for the same are provided to enable a user to perform the insemination work precisely without damaging the organs of a bumble bee queen. A fixing tool is installed on the front center of a table(2) in an artificial insemination device of a bumble bee queen. A fixing tube(52) in which a bumble bee queen is fixed is sealed with a head support, is fitted into the fixing tool and is connected to a carbonic acid gas drum. Left and right supports(7) are installed on the left and right of the table. A fixing hook(22) is installed on the left support, and a widening hook(21) is fixed on the right support. Upper and lower moving members(33,34) are installed on the left and right supports. A shelf(8) having a holder(11) and an operation handle(9) is attached to the upper end portion of the right support.
