    Abstract: 본 발명에 따른 카바메이트계 및 유기인계 농약 성분의 검출방법은 i) 금속박막 칩의 표면을 활성화시켜 주는 단계, ii) pH 3.5 내지 5.0의 pH 버퍼 용액으로 항체를 희석하여 항체 희석액을 준비하는 단계, iii)상기 항체 희석액을 상기 표면에 흘려주어 상기 금속박막 표면에 항체를 고정화시키는 단계 및 iv) 상기 표면에 아민계 화합물을 제공하여 상기 항체를 안정화시키는 단계를 포함하는 항체 고정화 단계; 검출 대상 시료를 상기 항체가 고정화된 금속박막 칩 상에 제공하는 단계; 상기 검출 대상 시료를 분석하는 시료 분석 단계; 및 상기 검출 대상 시료를 상기 금속박막 칩으로부터 해리시키는 해리 단계를 포함한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring the amount of bacteria using a nano biosensor is provided to quickly measure the number of bacteria with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the number of bacteria comprises: a step of isolating bacteria group in a sample; a step of inputting antibody-fixed nano biosensor to the bacteria group to label only bacteria; a step of removing unlabeled bacteria; a step of measuring the number of bacteria in the sample using fluorescence intensity generated in the nano biosensor. The step of isolating bacteria group comprises: a step of inputting magnetic particles having antibodies on the surface; and a step of separating bacteria using a magnet.

    Abstract: A method for detecting carbamate-based and organic phosphate-based agricultural chemicals is provided to secure excellent detection sensitivity and shorten the detection time, thereby significantly improving the detecting efficiency. A method for detecting carbamate-based and organic phosphate-based agricultural chemicals comprises the steps of: (a) activating the surface of a metallic thin film chip by allowing N-hydroxysuccinimide and [N-ethyl-N'(dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide] to flow on the surface thereof; (b) diluting an antibody using a pH buffer solution with a pH of 3.5-5.0 to prepare a diluted solution of the antibody; (c) allowing the diluted solution to flow on the surface of the chip to fix the antibody on the surface of the chip; (d) providing an amine-based compound to the surface to stabilize the antibody; (e) providing a sample to be detected to the antibody fixed metallic thin film chip; (f) analyzing the sample; and (g) dissociating the sample from the metallic thin film chip, wherein the metallic thin film chip is made of Au and the antibody is glutathione s-transferase(GST) or acetylcholinesterase(ACHE).
