PURPOSE: An insect collection trap is provided to collect insects by using trait of insects with an inferior flying ability. CONSTITUTION: An insect collection trap comprises a bait plate, a discharge unit, a shield plate, and a connection unit. The bait plate(110) is arranged to cross each other. The discharge unit(130) discharges an attractive substance inducing insects. The shield plate(120) prevents rain water from flowing in a collector. The connection part(200) includes an opening of which cross section diminishes toward the collector from the bait plate.

PURPOSE: A microorganism Verticillium lecanii CS626 and a method for the control of harmful insects using the same microorganism are provided, thereby effectively preventing the growth of the harmful insects living in agricultural equipments. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Verticillium lecanii CS626(KFCC-11277) has an improved insecticidal effect on the harmful insects living in agricultural equipments, wherein it is isolated by collecting a mycelium from the surface of an insect infected by Verticillium lecanni; inoculating the mycelium on a potato agar medium containing tetracycline; culturing it at 22 to 28 deg. C; isolating spores and mycelia from the cultured medium; suspending the isolated spores in 0.01% tween 80 solution; spraying the suspension on a leaf containing insects; and selecting a microorganism showing excellent insecticidal activity.

A method for growing plants using sonic and ultrasonic waves and apparatus thereof are provided to promote growth of plant without the noise pollution, and the environmental contamination and ecosystem destruction. The growth of plant is promoted by music that is sent by a speaker simultaneously generating sonic waves and ultrasonic waves. The sound wave has the frequency range of 1Hz to 3 KHz. The ultrasonic wave has the frequency range of 20 KHz to 26 KHz. The sound wave and ultrasonic wave have the sound pressure of 80dB through 65. The speaker is installed in the cultivation house. The growing device for plant comprises the speaker which generates the sound wave and the ultrasonic wave at the same time, and the WAV generator for generating the sound wave and ultrasonic wave.

PURPOSE: A method for increase of yield and pest control of crops using ultrasonic wave is provided, thereby stimulating growth of crops, and controlling pest generation without noise, environment pollution and ecosystem destruction. CONSTITUTION: The method for increase of yield and pest control of crops using ultrasonic wave comprises sonicating a subject crop with a frequency of 25 to 50 KHz and optionally treating the subject crop with a natural sound selected from water-flowing sound, wind sound, bird sound, and domestic animal sound, wherein the crop is selected from cucumber, pumpkin, red pepper or flower; and the pest is selected from Aquatic Diptera, Lepidoptera, Homoptera or Aphis gossypii.
