Abstract:
A Petasites japonicas extract or Petasites japonicas fermentation of anti-allergic or anti-inflammatory material is provided to have an effect of suppressing degranulation in a RBL-2H3 (Rat mast cell line) without side effect. A Petasites japonicas extract for anti-allergic or anti-inflammatory material is obtained by using alcohol, decompressing the extract and culturing with Lactobacillus. The Lactobacillus is Lactobacillus acidophilus (KCTC 3168), Bifidobacterium breve (KCCM 10097) or Bifidobacterium longum (KCCM 100493). A method for producing Petasites japonicas fermentation comprises: a step of dipping a Petasites japonicas in 5% of salt water for one night; a step of adding Lactobacillus and fermenting at 4-15‹C for 1-15 days; and a step of adding 1L of water and extracting, decompressing, and freeze-drying at 90‹C for two hours.

본 발명은 방파제의 안정성 판단 방법 및 이에 대한 프로그램을 기록한 기록 매체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방파제의 안정성 판단 방법은 케이슨식 방파제 전면에 전달되는 수평 파력과 양력을 전면조위와 파고의 일차함수로 나타내어 하중면을 추정하고, 추정한 하중면에 일계신뢰도법 적용하여 방파제의 안정성을 판단한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 파고를 포함하여 모든 확률변수를 양함수로 표현할 수 있으므로 일계신뢰도법과 같이 양함수를 이용한 안정성 판단 방법을 그대로 적용할 수 있다. 방파제, 안정성 판단, 하중면, 일계신뢰도법
Abstract:
A method for controlling oscillation of structures is provided to apply a control force to the structure by utilizing grating typed training patterns based on CMAC(Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller). Grating typed training patterns having a status vector by displacement(u) and speed, and a control force are formed. Distances with four training patterns are obtained by using the status vector of structures on an external force and a grating probabilistic neural network. By applying a large weighted value to control force corresponding to close training patterns and a small weighted value to control force corresponding to distant training patterns, four control forces(fc) are processed. By adding control force variation amounts to the processed control force, the added force is applied to the structure.

PURPOSE: A method for determining breakwater reliability and a recording medium storing program thereof are provided to apply the load surface reliability using the explicit function. CONSTITUTION: A design variable of the Caisson type breakwater is received(S810). The horizontal wave pressure uses the design variable to express in the function of the front side tide level and the height of the wave(S820). The horizontal wave pressure is expressed through linearization in the linear function of the front side tide level and the height of the wave(S830). The load side of the horizontal wave pressure uses the linear function to express(S840). The limit state function uses the load side to express in the explicit function including the height of the wave and the front side tide level. The stability of the Caisson breakwater applies the load surface reliability to determine(S850).
