Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer impregnation method for a stone structure is provided to easily remove foreign substances or residues from the stone structure when using for a preservation process, and to improve the water repellency of the stone structure. CONSTITUTION: A polymer impregnation method for a stone structure impregnating monomer to a stone cultural property by pressurizing comprises a pre-processing step of spreading a surface treating agent to the surface of the stone structure. The surface treating agent is obtained by dissolving 0.5~10wt% of fluorine water repellent including a perfluoroalkyl group with the average molecular weight of 1,000~10,000 to a polar solvent or water.

Abstract: 본발명은손상된석조문화재를보존하기위하여석조문화재에단량체화합물을함침시키고중합시키는보존처리공정에서석조문화재표면에처리제를도포하여표면에남는잔류물질을용이하게제거하는것에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는전처리공정으로석재문화재의표면처리제로평균분자량이 1,000 ~ 10,000인퍼플루오로알킬( perfluoro alkyl)기를함유하는화합물로서이온성작용기를가지고있는불소계발수제로물 혹은탄소수가 1-2개의알코올과같은극성용매에 0.5 ~ 10wt%로용해하여석재표면을도포하는표면처리제를단량체함침전에석재의표면에도포처리하는방법은암석의표면에남는잔류물질의제거를용이하게하는기술에관한것이다. 본발명을석조물의보존처리공정에사용할경우보다쉽게이물질혹은잔류물질의제거가가능할뿐만아니라처리된석조물의발수성도증가시킬수 있는장점이있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method f or preserving stone cultural sculpture is provided to improve physiochemical and mechanical properties using acrylic monomer. CONSTITUTION: A method for preserving stone cultural sculpture comprises: a step of drying the stone sculpture in a vacuum oven; a step of cooling by room temperature; a step of mixing 0.1-1 wt% of initiator to an autoclave; a step of adding dried stone sculpture to the autoclave and pressurizing at 1-30 atm for 10 to 15 hours; a step of sealing with a sealing material; and a step of polymerizing.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种保护石材文化雕塑方法,以提高使用丙烯酸单体的物理化学和机械性能。 构成:保护石头文化雕塑的方法包括:在真空烘箱中干燥石雕的步骤; 室温冷却的一个步骤; 将0.1-1重量%的引发剂与高压釜混合的步骤; 将干石雕刻加入高压釜中并在1-30大气压下加压10至15小时的步骤; 用密封材料密封的步骤; 和聚合步骤。
