Abstract: PURPOSE: A structural reinforcement processing method for stone cultural properties, which uses a metal reinforcement material, is provided to implement standardized structural reinforcement by reflecting the damaged state of stone cultural properties according to a concentrated load, a surrounding load, the shape of a member, the installation condition of the member, and so forth based on scientific data. CONSTITUTION: A structural reinforcement processing method for stone cultural properties, which uses a metal reinforcement material, is as follows. A test body which has physicochemical properties identical with a stone cultural property is made, and the physicochemical properties are confirmed. The number, position, and length of a metal reinforcement material for a reinforcing work of the stone cultural property are selected according to the confirmed physicochemical properties. An insertion hole for the metal reinforcement material is bored horizontally on the one-forth position from the side center position and the lower part. One hundred parts by weight of an adhesive polymer such as an epoxy resin and an adhesive composition which contains 50300 parts by weight of a filler which is a mixture of one or two kinds selected from a group composed of zirconium, silicate, wollastonite, and talc which are coated in the insertion hole. The metal reinforcement material is inserted into the insertion hole; the erect posture of the metal reinforcement material is maintained; and the adhesive composition is hardened to fix the metal reinforcement material.

Abstract: The present invention relates to inorganic repair material for stone cultural assets for repairing a damaged part of stone forming stone cultural assets, and more particularly, to inorganic repair material for stone cultural assets, wherein the repair material is manufactured using a magnesium oxide-based inorganic binder having excellent physical properties relating to strength and durability instead of cement usually used as a binder and the repair material includes a filler for more enhancing physical properties and durability of the repair material. Additionally, the present invention can obtain the effects of: not occurring a blackening phenomenon or a whitening phenomenon since the binder of the inorganic repair material for stone cultural assets is formed with the inorganic binder including a magnesium oxide having low possibility of occurring a pollution phenomenon; more enhancing physical properties and durability of the inorganic binder by the filler included along with natural silica sand included in a compounding agent; and, in particular, being eco-friendly since the magnesium oxide-based inorganic binder has cement-like properties through an ion bond of metal-nonmetal ions, not polycondensation reactions such as geopolymer, such that an alkali activator is not additionally needed and pH concentration of the surface thereof is lower compared with the concentration of cement. Abstract: The present invention is for reusing stone cultural properties and, more particularly, relates to a metal reinforcement method for stone cultural properties by degree of weathering. During the course of new stone material-based molding reinforcement of cut or lost parts of the stone cultural properties, a metal reinforcement material is used along with an adhesive. In this case, this method is employed to find out the amount of the metal reinforcement material that ensures the maximum structural reinforcement of and the minimum secondary damage to the stone cultural properties that have different degrees of weathering. According to the present invention, the ratio of the metal reinforcement material is adjusted to be different according to the degrees of weathering of reused stone materials of the stone cultural properties during the restoration of the stone cultural properties, thus the reinforcement ratio can be properly adjusted in accordance with the degrees of weathering of the metal reinforcement material and the stone materials. In addition, primarily damaged and cut surfaces are cut again when the stone materials which are reinforced by using the metal reinforcement material are damaged again. Accordingly, the stone cultural properties are prevented from secondary damage attributable to the metal reinforcement.
