Abstract: PURPOSE: A replaceable skidder using an excavator is provided to power a winch using a hydraulic motor without using high-priced equipment and to safely transfer lumber. CONSTITUTION: A replaceable skidder using an excavator comprises a frame(160), hydraulic motors(110,111), gear boxes(120,121), two winches(130,131), and guide rollers(140,141). The hydraulic motors are installed in the frame and are connected to a hydraulic circuit of an excavator. The gear boxes increase output torque of the hydraulic motors. The winches receive tensile force from the gear boxes. The guide rollers are installed in the frame and guide wires.
