    Abstract: 본 발명은 MDF 등 목질 판상재료로 탄화보드를 제조함에 있어서, 1차로 탄화시켜 제조한 탄화보드에 수지를 함침시켜 건조시킨 후 다시 2차로 탄화시킴으로써 탄화보드의 밀도를 향상시킴과 동시에 표면경도를 향상시킬 수 있는 고밀도 탄화보드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명에 따른 고밀도 탄화보드의 제조방법은, 800∼1,000℃에서 2∼3시간 유지하며 1차 탄화하여 탄화보드를 제조하는 단계; 상기 탄화보드를 냉각시킨 후 액상의 열경화성 수지에 함침시키는 단계; 수지에 함침시킨 탄화보드를 건조시키는 단계; 건조시킨 탄화보드를 450∼550℃에서 2∼3시간 유지하며 2차 탄화시키는 단계를 거쳐서 제조하며, 상기 1차 탄화시키는 단계에서의 탄화로의 승온속도는 90∼100℃/hr이고, 2차 탄화시키는 단계에서의 탄화로의 승온속도는 45∼55℃/hr인 것을 특징으로 한다.
