Abstract: The present invention is provide to an early warning system for food poisoning accidents, capable of searching for geographical information of content associated with food poisoning occurrence and a list of buildings in which food poisoning occurs in real time and obtaining information on food poisoning occurrence, thereby blocking spread of food poisoning and grasping information on a food material supply company. The system comprises: a food occurrence inputting unit for reporting a notification of food poisoning that occurs in a feeding facility; a matching detecting unit for detecting a food material supply company for the feeding facility in which food poisoning occurs and detecting all feeding facilities which make a contract with the detected food material supply company; an warning generating unit for notifying all feeding facilities detected by the matching detecting unit of possibility of the food poisoning through the food material of the food material supply company tied thereto.

Abstract: In order to solve problems, the present invention provides a system and a method for managing food safety by online, capable of constructing a prompt response system capable of linking research, report and a subsequent action related to food safety together in real time to promptly and simultaneously perform an action with respect to a food incident in a national level. The system comprises: portable terminals that are provided to each of food safety management managers to transmit and receive at least one among information on site identification, investigation result report, information sharing and instruction query, and recall action in real time; and a food safety managing server that links research, report and a subsequent action related food safety with each other in real time through sharing of information between food safety management agencies through the portable terminals to construct response system and promptly and simultaneously perform an action with respect to a food incident in a national level.
