Abstract: PURPOSE: A natural product-derived novel anti-oxidative compound is provided to reduce hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical and to remove ROS(reactive oxygen species). CONSTITUTION: A novel anti-oxidative compound is denoted by chemical formula 1 or 2. The anti-oxidative compound is extracted from Oryza sativa cv.(Heugjinjubyeo) The anti-oxidative compound is extracted from rice bran of the Oryza sativa cv. Using ethyl alcohol, n-hexane, water, chloroloform, ethyl acata, n-butanol and mixture thereof. Food and pharmaceutical composition contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or 2, solvent compound or stereoisomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The food and pharmaceutical composition is used for preventing and treating aging, cancer, platelet aggregation, multiple atherosclerosis and Parkinson's disease.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供天然产物衍生的新型抗氧化化合物，以减少羟基自由基和超氧自由基，并除去ROS（活性氧）。 构成：化学式1或2表示新的抗氧化化合物。从水稻（Heugjinjubyeo）中提取抗氧化化合物。从水稻的米糠提取抗氧化化合物。 使用乙醇，正己烷，水，氯仿，乙酸乙酯，正丁醇及其混合物。 食品和药物组合物含有化学式1或2的化合物，其溶剂化合物或其立体异构体或药学上可接受的盐作为活性成分。 食品和药物组合物用于预防和治疗老化，癌症，血小板聚集，多动脉粥样硬化和帕金森病。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a novel compound derived from Oryza sativa cv. Heugjinjubyeo and a food and pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to remove ROS(reactive oxygen species) and suppress lipid peroxidation. CONSTITUTION: A compound of chemical formula 1 is extract from bran of Oryza sativa cv. Heugjinjubyeo using ethyl alcohol, n-hexane, water, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, or mixture thereof.
