Abstract: PURPOSE: A recording medium film and its producing method are provided to prevent a recording medium film from curling even if a recording medium coating layer is formed on one face and to conveniently print and keep the recording medium film. CONSTITUTION: A composition of which an acryl copolymer containing polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrolidon and polyacrylic acid is a main element is dissolved in a mixture solvent, and a dispersion solution of a silica particle having a small pore and a large amount of the absorbed flux is made up. Then, a dilute solution of a hardener, and all the solutions are mixed at a proper rate in order to produce a coating solution. The record medium film for an ink jet printer is produced by forming a 1 to 25 micrometer film after spreading the coating solution on one face of a transparent supporting film consisted of a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polyester film of which the surface tension is artificially increased by a corona process.

Abstract: 본 발명은 물 또는 물과 고비점 용매의 혼합물을 주용매로 하는 잉크를 사용하여 화상을 형성시키는 잉크제트 프린터에 사용하기 위한 기록용 필름에 관한 것으로, 특히 잉크에 대한 흡수와 건조가 빠르면서 내수성이 향상되고 인쇄된 색상의 선명성과 내블록킹성 등이 개선되어 인쇄 및 보관에 보다 적합한 성능을 지닌 기록용 필름을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하여 안출된 것이다.
본 발명은 투명 지지체 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴릭에시드를 함유하는 아크릴공중합체, 미세기공을 함유하는 실리카 입자 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈-폴리아크릴릭에시드 착화물을 포함하는 피막을 형성시킨 기록용 필름에 관한 것으로서, 이러한 기록용 필름은 잉크건조성 및 선명성, 내수성, 내블록킹성, OHP 적합성 등의 제반물성이 우수하여 잉크제트 프린터의 기록용 필름으로 사용하는 경우 특히 유용하다.
