Abstract: 본 발명은 폴리에스터 필름 등의 기능성 필름들의 점착층을 보호하기 위해 사용되는 이형필름으로서, 그 기재로서 내열성이 우수한 고분자 필름을 사용하고 그 위에 실리콘 코팅처리를 행하여 제조되는 실리콘 이형필름으로서, 특히 제조원가의 상승없이 실리콘 층과 기재인 고분자 필름과의 밀착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한 것이다.
본 발명은 고분자 필름들을 기재로 하여 실리콘 수지 조성물을 코팅, 건조시켜 제조하는 주지의 실리콘 이형필름 제조공정에서, 실리콘 수지 조성물로 실란 커플링제를 실리콘 수지 100중량부에 대하여 5∼30중량부 첨가한 것을 사용함으로써, 고분자 필름 기재와 수지 조성물과의 밀착성을 향상시킴에 의해 실리콘 층이 점착층으로 전사되는 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a release film for water-based ceramic slurry is provided, to improve the adhesion and heat-resistance of a film and to lower the delamination. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 100 parts by weight of silicon resin and 10-100 parts by weight of the silicon compound represented by the formula 1 or formula 2 to obtain a silicon composition; and coating a substrate film with the silicon composition. In the formula 1, R is an alkyl group or an aryl group. Preferably the substrate film is selected from polyamide, polyolefin, polyester, polyacetal and polycarbonate.
