    Abstract: 본발명은정전용량방식터치패널용화질향상복합필름에관한것으로서, 보다상세하게는제조공정이간소화되어비용이절감되고완제품의불량률이개선되며완제품의전체두께의감소와반사방지층으로인하여투과율및 시인성이개선된정전용량방식터치패널용화질향상복합필름에관한것이다. 이를위해본 발명에따른정전용량방식터치패널용화질향상복합필름은투명한기재필름과상기기재필름의한 면에굴절률이다른고굴절고경도층과저굴절층이차례로형성된반사방지필름과상기기재필름의다른면에투명도전층과아크릴계자외선경화하드코팅층이차례로형성된투명도전성필름이일체화된복합필름으로서, 상기반사방지필름의상기고굴절고경도층은무기미립자, 광개시제및 3관능이상의중합성기를함유하는자외선경화성수지를포함하고, 굴절률이 1.50 내지 1.65이고, 상기저굴절층은 40 내지 60nm의중공실리카미립자, 광개시제및 3관능이상의중합성기를함유하는자외선경화성수지를포함하고, 굴절률이 1.31 내지 1.40이며, 상기반사방지필름은 480∼680nm의파장영역중 5°입사각으로 0.1 내지 0.4%의평균경면반사율(average specular reflectance)을가지고, 상기저굴절층(반사방지코팅층)의수접촉각은 60° 내지 80°이며, 상기투명도전성필름의상기투명도전층은표면저항치가 350Ω/□이하이고투과율이 91% 이상이며헤이즈가 0.8% 이하인것을특징으로한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A film enhanced an image quality using an electrostatic capacity type for a touch panel is provided to preventing oxidation of a silver layer of an indium thin oxide layer and a outgoing line of an indium thin oxide film, thereby performing electronic stability and process simplification and cost reduction. CONSTITUTION: A low refractive layer(7) is formed on a transparent base film(5). The low refractive layer has average specular reflectance of less than 1.5% in a 5° incident angle among a refractive index of 1.31-1.40 and a wavelength area from 480 nm to 680nm. An adhesive layer(4) is formed on an opposite surface of a base film which is formed on the low refractive layer, and composes acrylic copolymer resin, a hardener and a silan coupling agent. The low refractive layer has peel force with double sided tape of more than 500gf/25mm.

    Abstract: Provided is an adhesive composition for the copper clad laminate(CCL) of a flexible printed circuit board which is excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, adhesive strength, and insulating property. The layer with high hardness and a high refractive index of the anti-reflection film includes inorganic fine particles, photoinitiator, and ultraviolet curable resin containing a polymerizable group having a functionality of three or more and has a refractive index between 1.50 and 1.65. The layer with a low refractive index includes mesoporous silica fine particles of 40 to 60 nm in size, photoinitiator, and ultraviolet curable resin containing a polymerizable group having a functionality of three or more and has a refractive index between 1.31 and 1.40. The anti-reflection film has an average specular reflectance between 0.1% and 0.4% when a wavelength is between 480 nm and 680 nm and an angle of incidence is 5°. The water contact angle of the layer with a low refractive index (anti-reflection coating layer) is between 60° and 80°. The transparent conductive layer of the transparent conductive film has a surface resistance below 350Ω/□, a transmissivity above 91% and a haze below 0.8%.
