Abstract: PURPOSE: A plasma coating apparatus and method are provided to improve adhesion and dispersibility of a coating material to an object and reduce moisture absorption of the coating material. CONSTITUTION: A plasma coating apparatus comprises a material injection port(10), a discharge pipe(20), a first electrode member(30), a driving unit(40), a second electrode member(50), and a control unit(200). The discharge pipe allows a raw material injected through the material injection port to pass therethrough. The first electrode member is rotated inside the discharge pipe to transfer the raw material, and plasma generating power is applied to the first electrode member. The driving unit rotates the first electrode member. The second electrode member encloses the outside of the discharge pipe, and plasma generating power corresponding to the first electrode member is applied to the second electrode member. The control unit controls the driving of the driving unit and application of the plasma generating powder.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for replicating the degree of freedom in a face shape utilizing an animatronics technology and a control method thereof are provided to improve availability and popularization of the animatronics technology because an operator is not necessary for the remote control and to easily generate a motion. CONSTITUTION: A device for replicating the degree of freedom in a face shape utilizing an animatronics technology comprises a model(110), a plurality of operating devices, a plurality of servo motors, and a servo motor controller(140). The operating devices is installed in the model and generate a motion with nine degree of freedom. The servo motors individually drives the operating devices. The servo motor controller sets one among rotation angle, rotation speed, and torque for implementing the motion of a face and controls the servo motors.
