Abstract: An apparatus and a method for monitoring a robbery using a change in a video image are disclosed. The method for monitoring a change in a video image comprises: receiving a video image; specifying an area of interest using geometrical characteristics of a picture image from the picture image at a point in time of the video image; storing the area coordinate and the picture image of the specified area of interest; and detecting changes in the area of interest within the video image by using the stored area coordinate and the picture image.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A digital image management system for making a printed circuit board is provided to integrally manage a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) image file which is generated from a photo plot file. CONSTITUTION: A server receives a request message about a PCB image file from a user(410). The server generates the PCB image file from a photo plot file(420). The server generates a first hash value and a second hash value in order to recognize the registered person of the photo plot file by processing the photo plot file with a hash function. The server inserts a watermark into the PCB image file(440).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for storing and retrieving encrypted images. Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for securing a cloud system using a dummy authentication key. A method for securing a cloud system comprising data storage devices, includes allowing a cloud system to generate at least one dummy authentication for sensing access to a malicious user and a valid authentication key which allows access to a normal user, repetitively, combining them to form an authentication group and distributing it, transmitting an authentication key request message to a user terminal in response to the connection request of a user, checking whether an authentication key inputted by the user is a valid authentication key or a dummy authentication key, and determining a malicious user as a user who tries to access at present, when the checked authentication key is the dummy authentication key.
