    Abstract: A method for correcting brightness distortion and shape distortion of an X-ray image is provided to correct brightness and shape of an image distorted when obtaining the image using an X-ray tester of a DTS(Digital TomoSynthesis). Brightness distortion is corrected by modeling a ratio of a brightness value to the largest brightness value at a predetermined position in a three-dimensional polynomial expression. Shape distortion is corrected by obtaining meeting points of a distorted image through a lattice pattern disposed on a target cross-sectional plane, generating a mathematical function, which relates lattice points uniformly distributed before distortion to coordinates of respective meeting points of the distorted image, and using the function as a distorted model.

    Abstract: A method for estimating warpage in thin plastic injection molding using neural network is provided to find out an optimal condition in a short time by estimating the warpage, which is occurred according to each injection condition, with the neural network. Less than six parameters among mold temperature, molten polymer temperature, charging time, specification, holding pressure, and holding pressure time, and an output variable representing a warpage degree are fixed and inputted(S100). Output of an input layer unit is calculated by receiving the inputted variables(S200). Input of a hidden layer unit is calculated by receiving the output of the input layer unit(S300). The output of the hidden layer unit is calculated by receiving the input of the hidden layer unit(S400). The input of the output layer unit is calculated by receiving the output of the hidden layer unit(S500). The warpage of plastic is estimated by calculating the output of the output layer unit based on the input of the output layer unit(S600).
