Abstract: PURPOSE: A minute contact probe is provided to improve the electrical contact reliability between a probe and a semiconductor chip pad by projecting the tip to the lower end of the probe. CONSTITUTION: A connection part(101) is fixed to a substrate for the probe card. A tip(103) contacts a contact terminal of the target object perpendicularly. A buffer unit(102) having the elastic force in the vertical direction connects the connection part and the tip. The buffer unit comprises a body(102a) connecting the connection part and the tip and a unit structure(102b).

Abstract: 본 발명은 프로브 카드 및 검사 대상체의 전극패드의 접촉손상을 방지하면서 전체적으로 안정적인 접촉을 구현할 수 있는 수직형 미세 접촉 프로브를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 이를 위해 본 발명은, 상측단에 배치되어 프로브 카드용 기판에 고정된 연결부와, 하측단에 배치되어 검사 대상체의 접촉단자에 수직으로 접촉되는 팁과, 상기 연결부와 상기 팁을 연결하고, 수직방향의 탄성력을 갖는 완충부를 구비하고, 상기 완충부는, 상기 연결부와 상기 팁을 연결하는 몸체와, 상기 몸체를 중심으로 'H'자 형상의 단면을 갖는 복수 개의 단위 구조체를 구비한 프로브를 제공한다.
