Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method of operating container terminal are provided to embody a effective operation of YT(Yard Tractor) by performing load/unload operations through ad hoc communication without going through a central server. CONSTITUTION: A YT(Yard Tractor) reads location information from RFID tags. Gantry cranes(3) directly transfers call instructions to the YT through ad hoc method of wireless LAN without going through a central server. The YT directly transfers a necessary data th the gantry cranes by ad hoc method of wireless LAN without participation of the central server.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种运营集装箱码头的系统和方法，通过自组织通信进行加载/卸载操作，实现YT（Yard Tractor）的有效运行，无需通过中央服务器。 构成：YT（拖拉机）从RFID标签读取位置信息。 龙门起重机（3）通过无线局域网的ad hoc方式直接将呼叫指令传送到YT，而无需通过中央服务器。 YT通过无线局域网的ad hoc方式直接传输龙门起重机所需的数据，而无需中央服务器的参与。
