Abstract: A coupling structure for a motor coil is provided to easily connect and fix a coil to a printed circuit board by coupling the coil to a connecting pin which is connected to the printed circuit board. A coupling structure electrically couples a coil(130) wounded around a stator(150) of a motor assembly to a circuit pattern(111) of a printed circuit board(110). Plural connecting pins(120) are electrically connected to the circuit pattern of the printed circuit board. The coil is indirectly connected to the circuit pattern through the connecting pins to control current flowing through the coil. The coil is soldered on a protruding portion of the connecting pin.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for controlling a single-phase inverter motor are provided to secure driving stability of the motor by controlling the motor according to reference RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) based on an internal temperature of an electronic product during initial driving of the motor. A method for controlling a single-phase inverter motor includes the steps of: operating an electronic product in an initial operation mode according to an initial operation command of the electronic product(S200); detecting an internal temperature of the electronic product(S202); determining reference RPM based on the detected internal temperature of the electronic product(S204); counting time elapsed after exceeding the reference RPM when the current RPM of the electronic product exceeds the reference RPM(S208); and changing an operation mode of the electronic product when the counted time reaches predetermined time(S212).

Abstract: A circuit for generating motor driving voltage is provided to remarkably reduce the number of coil winding turns wound around a stator core of the motor by supplying a DC voltage of low voltage to the stator coil. A boosting unit(V10) boots AC power into a boosted voltage, and a bridge rectifying unit(D20) rectifies the voltage output from the boosting unit. A first electrolytic capacitor(CE10) is connected to the bridge rectifying unit, and outputs a DC voltage of a second low voltage according to charge/discharge operation. A second electrolytic capacitor(CE20) lowers the voltage of the first electrolytic capacitor to a predetermined level to output a DC voltage of a second low voltage. A capacitor is connected in series to the first electrolytic capacitor to divide the voltage to be charged in the first electrolytic capacitor.
