Abstract: 본 발명에 따르는 RTSP 기반의 동적 스트리밍 방법은, 클라이언트 단말기로부터의 스트리밍 요청에 따라, 상기 클라이언트 단말기와의 전송 대역폭을 측정하고, 그 측정된 전송 대역폭에 대응되는 인코딩 방식으로 인코딩된 스트림을 상기 클라이언트 단말기로 스트리밍하는 단계; 상기 클라이언트 단말기로의 스트리밍 중에 미리 정해둔 주기마다 상기 클라이언트 단말기와의 전송 대역폭을 측정하고, 그 측정된 전송 대역폭이 이전의 전송 대역폭과 상이하면 새로운 전송 대역폭에 대응되는 인코딩 방식으로 인코딩된 스트림을 상기 클라이언트 단말기로 스트리밍함을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic streaming system and a method thereof based on RTSP are provided to measure transmission speed between a client and a streaming system and transmit encoded stream according to transmission speed. CONSTITUTION: A first server(104) measures transmission bandwidth with a client terminal(106). A second server(102) streams encoded stream with the client terminal in an encoding method corresponding to transmission bandwidth measurement information. The second server streams the encoded stream with the client terminal.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供基于RTSP的动态流系统及其方法，以测量客户端与流系统之间的传输速度，并根据传输速度发送编码流。 构成：第一服务器（104）用客户终端（106）测量传输带宽。 第二服务器（102）以对应于传输带宽测量信息的编码方法与客户机终端流编码流。 第二个服务器与客户端终端流编码流。
