Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable electronic moxibustion device capable of being carried conveniently by a user after being charged, enabling traditional moxibustion treatment effects without place and time limitations, applying thermal stimuli to an acupuncture point of a patient while being placed close to the points but not in direct contact, maintaining indirect heating effects on the acupuncture point and other neighboring acupuncture points, and accordingly maximizing moxibustion effects. According to the present invention, the portable electronic moxibustion device includes: an upper body which includes a battery and a control circuit unit inside, includes a protruding heating unit controlled by the control circuit unit in the lower part, and includes an operation unit and a display unit on the outer surface; and a lower base which includes a funnel unit combined to the lower part of the upper body, combined with the heating unit at the center, concentrating heat from the heating unit to one point in the lower part, and having a guide groove along the outer circumferential surface. Outside of the funnel unit, a moxibustion liquid injection line to inject a moxibustion liquid for the moxibustion liquid to be evaporated along the guide groove is placed. On the outer circumferential surface, a skin contact unit which forms an indirect heating space by surrounding the funnel unit and separates the lower part of the funnel unit from the skin is placed.

Abstract: 본 발명은 류마티스 관절염 예방 또는 치료용 한약재 추출물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 류마티스 관절염 예방 또는 치료용 한약재 추출물 제조방법은 (a) 강활, 창출, 독활, 적작약, 방기, 위령선, 당귀, 복령, 택사, 목통, 진피, 목과, 황백, 감초, 등심초, 조각자, 인동등 및 포영공을 포함하는 한약재를 물에 넣고 가열하여 열수 추출하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 추출된 추출물을 원심분리하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 원심분리된 원심분리물의 상등액을 농축시키는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 농축된 농축물을 동결건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 한약재 추출물은 활막세포 증식을 억제하고, 또한 염증성 사이토카인 및/또는 일산화질소 산물을 감소시켜 류마티스 관절염 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
