Abstract: PURPOSE: A hinge device with a rotary cam including improved durability of abrasion for a door is provided to prevent the abrasions of the rotary cam according to frequent repetitive exercises and to reduce the contacting friction between the rotary cam and a slide cam. CONSTITUTION: A hinge device with a rotary cam including improved durability of abrasion for a door comprises a housing, a shaft, a rotary cam, a slide cam(40), a spring, and a cover. The housing accommodates various parts. The shaft is inserted inside the housing. The rotary cam is interlocked with a rotary motion of the shaft for a sliding motion of the slide cam and comprises a rotary cam body(31) and a rotary cam bushing(35). The rotary cam body is comprised of a synthetic resin material and is interlocked with the slide cam. The rotary cam is comprised of a metal material and is inserted in the rotary cam body. The slide cam is comprised of synthetic resin material and moves by sliding according to the rotary motion of the rotary cam. The spring supplies restitution forces to the slide cam. The cover seals an opening of the housing.
