    Abstract: 본 발명은 수성 3급 아민 옥사이드에 용해된 셀룰로즈 용액으로부터 셀룰로즈 섬유를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 압출된 섬유는 방사욕을 통과한 후 절단되어 절단된 섬유는 플리스(fleece)의 형태로, 연결된 여러 개의 세척욕을 통과시킨 후 건조된다. 세척욕은 서로 연결되어 있으며, 새로운 세척액을 마지막 세척욕으로 공급하여 섬유 플리스의 운송방향과 반대방향으로 첫 번째 세척욕으로 향해 이동한다. 본 발명에 따르는 방법에서 각 세척욕의 pH값은 8.5 이상으로 유지된다.
