Abstract: PURPOSE: An emulsion type composition containing dispersive polymer within lipophase is provided, which is for cosmetic, dermatology, pharmaceutics. This composition can give a very comfortable, not-smeared, soft and non-greasy film to a product. CONSTITUTION: The composition used locally contains liquid lipophase and water phase, one of two phases is dispersed within the other, i.e., an o/w or w/o emulsion, or a triple emulsion. The surface-stabilized polymer particles for giving a not-smeared property to the liquid lipophase are contained also. The amount of the polymer is determined according to the volume of coloring agent and/or activated agent and/or oil in the composition.
