본 특허 출원은 하기의 반응에 의해 수득될 수 있는 중축합물을 포함하는 화장 또는 약학 조성물, 특히 립스틱에 관한 것이다: - 3 내지 6 개의 히드록실기를 포함하는 폴리올; - 비방향족, 포화 또는 불포화 모노카르복실산; - 탄소수 7 내지 11 의 방향족 모노카르복실산; 및 - 2 이상의 카르복실기 COOH 를 포함하는, 포화 또는 불포화, 더욱이는 방향족, 선형, 분지형 및/또는 고리형 폴리카르복실산; 및/또는 그러한 폴리카르복실산의 고리형 무수물. 또한 본 특허 출원은 상기 조성물을 사용하는 화장 처리 방법, 상기와 같이 정의된 중축합물, 및 상기 중축합물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a cosmetic process for coating keratin materials, which consists in applying to the said keratin materials at least one compound A and at least one compound B, at least one of the compounds A and B being a silicone compound, the said compounds A and B being capable of reacting together via a hydrosilylation reaction, a condensation reaction, or crosslinking reaction in the presence of a peroxide.

Polycondensate comprising (in wt.%): a polyol (10-30) having 3-6 hydroxyl groups; a 6-32 carbon non-aromatic monocarboxylic acid (30-80); a 7-11 carbon aromatic monocarboxylic acid (0.1-10) (optionally substituted by 1-3 alkyl groups of 1-32C); and a polycarboxylic acid having at least two carboxyl groups and/or polycarboxylic acid anhydride (5-40), is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic/pharmaceutical composition comprising the polycondensate in a medium; and (2) the preparation of the polycondensate.

A cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprising a polycondensate is provided to improve brilliance, brilliance maintenance, and film-lasting properties of the film deposited on keratin materials such as skin and lips, so that the composition is useful in lipstick, nail varnish and hair-caring products. A cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition for preparing deposited film having enhanced brilliance comprises at least one polycondensate obtained by the reaction: 10-30 wt.% of at least one polyol having 3-6 hydroxyl groups based on the total weight of polycondensate; 30-80 wt.% of at least one saturated or unsaturated, linear, branched or cyclic nonaromatic monocarboxylic acid having 6-32 carbon atoms based on the total weight of polycondensate; 0.1-10 wt.% of at least one aromatic monocarboxylic acid having 7-11 carbon atoms based on the total weight of polycondensate; 5-40 wt.% of at least one saturated or unsaturated, linear, branched or cyclic aromatic polycarboxylic acid having at least two carboxyl group COOH, especially 2-4 COOH groups based on the total weight of polycondensate; and cyclic anhydrides of polycarboxylic acid.
