Abstract: A treatment method of hair fiber using a polysiloxane/polyurea block copolymer is provided to improve hair cosmetic texture, softness, and glossiness and for new hair style. A method for treating hair fiber comprises: a step of applying a polysiloxane/polyurea block copolymer in hair fiber; and a step of heating the hair fiber at 50-280°C. The polysiloxane/polyurea block copolymer is denoted by the chemical formula (I). A method for manufacturing the polysiloxane/polyurea block copolymer comprises: a step of reacting a cyclic silazane with an organosilicon compound to obtain a aminoalkyl polydiorganosiloxanes; and a step of polymerizing the aminoalkyl polydiorganosiloxanes with a diisocyanate.
