PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-wrinkle composition containing a combination of tensor polymers and dendritic polyesters having hydroxyl end groups, which enriches a tightening effect of the polymer system remarkably. CONSTITUTION: Provided is an anti-wrinkle composition comprising combination of at least one tensor polymer from natural and/or synthetic origin, dispersing solution which forms film transmitting the water vapor, and dendritic polymers of polyester having hydroxyl end groups in physiologically acceptable medium; the film having Young's modulus of 10¬8-10¬10 N/m2 is prepared by drying after spreading the aqueous dispersing solution containing 7 % of film forming polymer system, and shows contraction rate of stratum corneum being more than 1 % at 30°C and relative humidity of 40 %.

PURPOSE: Provided is an article, preferably a wipe, comprising (A) a water-insoluble substrate, and (B) a composition added to, impregnated onto, in contact with, etc. the substrate comprising an aqueous phase and N-(3-chloroallyl)hexaminium chloride (Quatemium-15). Also, provided is the uses of this article in cosmetics or dermatology, in particular for cleansing and/or removing makeup from the skin, more especially of the face, and of the eyes. CONSTITUTION: A wipe is characterized by comprising (A) a nonwoven water-insoluble substrate and (B) a physiologically acceptable composition in contact with the substrate comprising water and from 0.01% to 0.05% by weight of N-(3-chloroallyl)hexaminium chloride relative to the total weight of the composition.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic or dermatological composition is provided, which is applicable on the skin, keratin fibers, nails, toenails, a half-mucous membrane and/or a mucous membrane. Also provided is a cosmetic(as a peeling-pack) treatment method using this composition. CONSTITUTION: Resinoid polyester polymers or dendrimers in the cosmetic or dermatological composition do not damage to elastic function but strengthen a film-forming feature of it. A weight ratio of resinoid polymers or dendrimers to film-forming polymer is 1/100-1/1, desirably 1/15-1/1, and resinoid polymers exist in composition as a quantity of o.1-5wt.%, desirably 0.5-2wt.% per total weight.
