    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound prevents the crystallization of a device by having high electron transfer efficiency and improving the current performance of a device by uniformly forming a layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, L1 is a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted 3-30 membered heteroarylene, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylamine; Y1 and Y2 is -O-, -S-, -CR4R5-, -NR6-, or -SiR7R8-; each of R1-R3 is hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, a substituted or unsubstituted (C1-30)alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted 3-30 membered heteroaryl, -NR9R10, SR11, -OR12, or - SiR13R14R15, or form a monocyclic or polycyclic (C5-30) alicyclic or aromatic ring together with a neighboring substituent.
