Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to manufacture an OLED device with excellent lifetime and power consumption, by having excellent luminance efficiency, and material lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of L1 and L2 is a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted (C2-C30)heteroarylene, substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)arylene, but when both L1 and L2 are a single bond simultaneously, the L1 and L2 are excluded; Y is -O-, -S-, -CR7R8-, or -NR9-; each of R1-R9 is hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted (C1-30)alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)aryl, substituted or unsubstituted (C2-30)heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-30)cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted 5-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, (C6-C30)cycloalkyl fused with one or more aromatic rings, -NR10R11, -SR12, -OR13, or -SiR14R15R16.
