The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane module having more than two types of hollow fiber membrane having different inner diameters by including hollow fiber membrane (A) and hollow fiber membrane (b). When an initial pressure, applied to the top open ends of the hollow fiber membranes (A) and (B), is P0, and the respective pressures applied to the bottom open ends are PA and PB, the following forumula:¦PA-P0¦>¦PB-P0], suffices. The hollow fiber membrane module has uniform filtering efficiency in the length direction of the hollow fiber membranes.

본발명은멤브레인하부에설치된산기장치를통해산기하여멤브레인을세정하는멤브레인세정방법을제공한다. 상기산기는제1산기공정(A1)-정지공정(S)-제2산기공정(A2)의순으로반복하고, 상기제1산기공정(A1)와상기정지공정(S)의시간비(A1:S)나상기제1산기공정(A1)와상기제2산기공정(A2)의유속비를특정비율로조절할수 있다. 상기시간비와유속비는일정하게혹은가변적으로변경될수 있으며, 상기정지공정은누적공기량주기혹은시간주기에따라수행될수 있다.

An air diffuser of the present invention is an air diffuser which is installed under a membrane and discharge air flowing in through an air inlet through an air outlet to clean the membrane, which is characterized by including a continuous opened part on the lower surface. Provided in the present invention are an air diffuser which uniformly diffuses air and does not have closing of a hole and deposition of contaminants inside a diffusing device during such a suspension period, is easily mass produced, and is available of uniform air diffusion in both low flow rate and high flow rate, and a method for manufacturing the same.

The present invention relates to an aerator device, a filter system having the same, and an aerating method using the same. The aerator device comprises: a housing having an inner joint; a first plate which is formed inside of the inner joint to form first and second joint parts of the inner joint, has a first opening part by separation of the upper end from an upper wall of the housing and where the first and second joint parts are connected with each other through the first opening part; and a second plate which forms first and second chambers of the second joint part and where the top end of the second plate is connected to the upper wall while the first and second chambers are connected each other at the bottom end. The housing comprises: an entrance opening part connected to the first joint; and an exit opening part connected to the second chamber through the upper wall.

The present invention provides a cleaning method of a membrane for cleaning a membrane by air diffusing through an air diffusion device installed on the lower part of the membrane. The air diffusion can be repeated in order of a first air diffusion process (A1), a stop process (S), and a second air diffusion process (A2), and can control a time ratio (A1:S) of the first air diffusion process (A1) and the stop process (S) or a flux ratio of the first air diffusion process (A1) and the second air diffusion process (A2) with a specific ratio. The time ratio and the flux ratio can be constantly or variably changed, and the stop process can be performed with respect to a period of an accumulated air amount or a time period.
