Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing aldehyde from the unsaturated hydrocarbon is provided to manufacture industrial aldehyde with the high yield without separation of uneven metal support catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing aldehyde having one more carbon atom from unsaturated hydrocarbon comprise: a step of throwing uneven metal support catalyst and unsaturated hydrocarbon in a reactor; a step of supplying carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and nitrogen to the reactor; a step of enhancing inner temperature to 80-300°C; and a step of performing hydroformylation of the unsaturated hydrocarbon under the presence of uneven metal support catalyst.

Abstract: A method for preparing hydrophilic monomers is provided to produce the hydrophilic monomers easily without processing an ester reaction, by adding methacrylate and derivative of the methacrylate into an oxide derivative in the presence of a catalyst composition. Hydrophilic monomers are prepared by directly mixing methacrylate and derivative of the methacrylate into an oxide derivative, then inducing a reaction of the mixed materials, in the presence of a catalyst composition. The catalyst composition comprises alcohol-based solvent, a metal compound including one or more selected from a group consisting of alkaline metals, alkaline earth metals, and transition metals, and a pH adjuster. The catalyst composition has a content of 0.1-5 wt% based on weight of the produced hydrophilic monomers. The reaction of the mixed material is performed at a temperature of 40-160‹C.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of an adduct of alkylene oxide by adding alcohol in alkyl ester is provided reduce the product cost and improve the product quality of adduct without additional process. A method for manufacturing an adduct of alkylene oxide to alkyl ester comprises: a step of putting a catalyst and alkyl ester in a reactor and heating at 100°C-180°C; a step of inserting alkylene oxide in the reactor; a step of lowering the temperature of the reactor, discharging remaining pressure of the reactor and putting alcohol; and a step of reheating the reactor at 100°C-180°C and inserting alkylene oxide. The alkylester is fatty methyl ester, methyl meta acrylate (MMA) or triglyceramide. The catalyst is NaOCH3, NaOH or KOH. The manufacturing method further comprises a step of maturing after the addition reaction and a step of neutralizing after discharging adduct.

Abstract: 본 발명은 폴리 알킬렌 글리콜 알릴에테르를 사용하여 콘크리트 혼화제용 중합체를 제조하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 중합체에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 구조적으로 매우 안정한 물질로서 중합시키기가 어려운 단량체로 알려진 알릴단량체를, 본 발명에서는 새로운 중합촉매 및 중합반응 시스템을 사용함으로써 알릴단량체의 중합률을 높이고 낮은 반응온도에서도 반응이 이뤄지는 방법을 제공한다. 따라서 본 발명에서 제공하는 제조방법은 기존의 촉매인 peroxides계, persulfates계 촉매를 사용 할 때보다 알릴알콜 중합반응률이 높고, 그 반응온도가 낮은 장점이 있다. 또한 촉매 주입시스템을 다양화함으로써 알릴알콜 중합반응률을 높이는 제조방법을 제공하며, 본 발명이 제시하는 제조방법에 의한 중합체를 혼화제로 이용한 콘크리트가 물성이 향상되는 효과를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polyalkylene glycol-based allyl ether polymer is provided to increase allyl alcohol polymerization reaction rate in comparison with a peroxides-based catalyst and a persulfates-based catalyst and to perform a polymerization reaction at a low reaction temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polyalkylene glycol-based allyl ether polymer comprises the following steps: putting distilled water and ethylene glycol allyl ether into a reaction container and increasing the temperature of the reactants after substituting the reactant with nitrogen; dropping a redox-based catalyst into the reaction container using a dropping pump; dropping a monomer reaction in which acrylic acid and the distilled water are mixed into the reaction container; completely polymerizing non-reactive monomer after injecting the catalyst and a monomer solution.
