Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a wind power turbine with a small horizontal shaft by developing a standard process is provided to independently produce a wind power turbine system so that the related design technology is obtained. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a wind power turbine with a small horizontal shaft by developing a standard process comprises following steps. The aerodynamic design of a blade is processed by applying a XD-blade. The review and evaluation of a system design is processed using FOCUS software(S120). The performance of the wind power turbine is estimated by aerodynamic and structural analysis with applying ANSYS software(S130). A miniature wind turbine model applied with a design strategy is manufactured(S140). The performance of the miniature wind turbine model is verified by a wind tunnel test(S150). A standard process of manufacturing the miniature wind turbine model is made. A real wind turbine model is manufactured based on the standard process. Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable layout system for a wind farm is provided to increase the power generation amount and the power generation efficiency of the farm. CONSTITUTION: A variable layout system for a wind farm includes a moving frame (110), a frame fixing unit (120), and a moving unit (130). The moving frame on the ground has a certain length. The frame fixing unit connects the moving frames adjacent to one another, and fixes the frames to the ground. The moving unit at the lower side of the tower for a wind power generator moves along the moving frames.
